Standard Messages

Standard messages are targeted to specific communication channels. Only employees who have subscribed to that channel will receive that specific message. This means that employees are not constantly overloaded with emails that are not relevant to them and are interested in reading the ones they are receiving.

Mandated Messages

Mandated messages can be targeted to the whole organisation or specific areas. They are prioritised and will automatically go to the top of employee’s empulse input message list. Every mandated message must be read by all targeted employee’s. The business can then be confident that employees have opened important messages.

Essential Alert Messages

This is not a business crisis message but an essential alert message that will contain very important information and must be read by targeted employees. The employee must read this message before they can close it. These messages perform the same way as ‘Emergency Alerts’ and can also utilise the SMS feature for mobiles.
