We had a few people working from home but I was never a supporter of it. I had my reservations that it could work. However, Covid-19 changed all of that. We were forced to have over 90% of our workforce working from home and it has surprised us how effective it has been.
❝ And what has been your biggest challenge with your workforce working remotely? ❞
