Heat Map

A picture paints a thousand words and the ‘Heat Map’ provides a powerful display of how users feel about their IT service. We are very proud of this innovative feature as the information is captured in real-time and immediately available for IT personnel to review and take appropriate action. 

Users update the real-time IT ‘client survey’ that updates the ‘Heat Map’ with their location and the specific IT application that they had selected. IT now have full visibility of how every User feels about their IT Service in real-time.

Many of our customers choose to display their Heat Map on a bespoke version that is in an actual map format, this can be made available at an extra cost - please contact our team if you are interested in this.
